The Fuego volcano, also known as Volcan de Fuego, is located 25 miles southwest of Guatemala’s capital, Guatemala City. The eruption sent ash four miles into the sky, and some ash fell on Guatemala City. Lava flows from the volcano have reportedly struck at least one village.
